Our 90-Day Repair Warranty

Every repair we complete is backed by a 90-day warranty. If a fault we fixed comes back
within those 90 days, we come back too — and put it right at no extra charge for that repair.

The Coverage
What's Covered — and What Isn't
Your warranty covers the
specific repair listed on your work order. For 90 days from the date the repair is finished, if the same
problem on the same appliance returns because of our workmanship or a part we supplied, we'll come back and
re-repair it at no additional labour or parts cost.

Appliances we flagged as beyond economical repair
Work opened or serviced by anyone else after our visit
Commercial or rental-fleet use (we warranty residential)
Parts
Manufacturer Part Warranties
Some new parts carry their own
manufacturer warranty that runs longer than our 90 days. Where that applies, we pass it through to you in full
— just keep your work order as proof of the installation date and the part supplied.
Making a Claim
How to Use Your Warranty

Call us within the 90-day period
with your work order or invoice number on hand.

Tell us what's happening — the
same fault, on the same appliance we repaired.

We book a return visit — usually
same- or next-day — and re-repair the covered issue at no charge.
The Fine Print
Terms & Conditions
The warranty applies only once the original invoice is paid in full.
It covers the same appliance and same reported fault at the original service address, within our service area — Calgary, Chestermere, Okotoks, and the surrounding Foothills County and Rocky View acreages.
It is non-transferable — tied to the customer and address we served.
Our re-repair — or, at our discretion, a refund of the original labour for that repair — is the exclusive remedy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as food spoilage, water damage, or lost time, except where the law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this warranty limits the statutory rights and implied warranties you have under the Alberta Consumer Protection Act and applicable Canadian law.
